How to speed up your manifestation

In the last post, I went over the reasons why it may take some people longer than expected to get results. In this post, I am going to discuss how you can get results fast. This is based on my own personal experience of manifesting, how I have done it quickly myself and how I have helped others to do it.

The most important thing is, to understand the basics of the law and develop your self-concept. This means you fully accept and recognize, that your imagination and thoughts is the only real consciousness. Nothing was ever created in the 3D world that was not first imagined. Your thoughts are what is creating your reality, and you and only you are in control of your destiny and world. You accept that you’re the most important person in your life, no one can do anything to you, without your permission, therefore don’t give anyone that power over you. Remember the law is always working, therefore, either you control your thoughts to create the life of your dreams, or you let your thoughts run on habitual auto-pilot and keep getting more of what you’re getting.

If you have a desire, that means it was meant to be yours. You wouldn’t have a desire if you were not meant to experience it in your life. Select your desire and look at it, as if it’s already yours now. What would your story be if you already had what you wanted; it was already yours in the 3D world now. What would you be doing, who would you be, and how would you feel? That new story, is your living from the end. You declare your desire as yours, it’s already done and happening now.

I have mentioned this before, the technique you use does not matter. You can use any technique you like SAT’s, visualising, scripting, or affirmations. The point of the technique, is to help you live from the end; live from the new story you have created. The key here is repetition, therefore do whatever technique you feel resonates with you, but do it on a continuous basis. You are trying to rewire the mind, to forget the current negative story of the 3D world and replace it with the new desired story. You must convince the subconscious mind; the new story is now your reality.

A strict mental diet is the most essential part of manifesting, in my experience. No matter what technique you use to live from the end, of the new story. The only way to stop yourself from falling back into the old negative story, is to keep on top of your mental diet. Watch the thoughts that come into your mind, whenever you’re not doing a technique. You must monitor your self-talk and stop entertaining any thoughts that oppose your desired end. Always, listen to your self-talk, that will let you know your current state. If you feel yourself falling back into the old state/story, quickly catch it and flip it around to the new story.

You must accept the 3D world for what it is, a shadow world based on your past thoughts. If you continue to react to it, you will just get more of what you don’t want. Understand your current circumstances do not matter, it has all been created by your insecurities and negative habitual thinking. Come to peace with the current circumstances and 3D world, accept you’ve created this. This is where letting go comes in, it means you must let go of all the negative thoughts, pain, desperation, and old story of the past. Now you’ve learnt how to discipline the mind and entertain new thoughts, you understand this will soon pass, and it won’t be long before your new story is reflected into the 3D world.  

Don’t overcomplicate the process, by forcing yourself to believe something 100% or trying to force a feeling, that will all come naturally with repetition. You’re probably not going to believe it 100%, until your desire manifests into your 3D but you do have to believe in the law and your thoughts create. Your only job is to watch your thoughts and inner self talk and not entertain anything that doesn’t correlate with your desire. Everything else will fall into place. You don’t have to worry about the when or how, just know it’s done and inevitable. Keep testing the law with everything, to build your belief system.

Nothing in the world has a meaning until you give it a meaning, based on your assumptions and perception of that event. Everything is neutral, until you give it a positive or negative meaning. Therefore, if you chose to see something as a sign, and it makes you feel happy and positive, see it as a sign. You decide, therefore give everything you are experiencing a positive meaning, avoid associating any negative feelings with anything.

In my experience, the reason most people fail to manifest something is because they don’t persist for long enough. They lose faith in the process and give up on their desire and fall back into the old story. Repetition and persistence are the key to getting what you desire, to appear in the 3D world. You must keep repeating the new story and persisting in it, until it appears in your reality. It will appear in your reality when it has been impregnated on your subconscious mind enough to rewrite the old assumptions. Remember that assumptions, although false, will harden into fact, it’s the law. You just have to remain patient and trust the process.

You will know you’re at that point when you have full confidence your desire is yours, nothing can take it away from you, it’s inevitable, even if it’s not happened yet, it will and nothing can stop it from happening. When you get to that point, it’s done.

The time it takes to get there will be different for every person, depending on your past thoughts, assumptions, desire, the amount of time your spending doing your affirmations, how strict your mental diet is, it all plays a part. Never compare your progress to someone else’s. Just have faith in the process, and know if you persist in your desire, and do the work, the 3D will eventually conform, it has too, it’s the law.

Finally become a “doer” not a “hearer”. People spend so much time learning the law, but it is the actual practice that will get you the results. The more you practice on a daily basis, the quicker your mind will change, and your desire will appear in your 3D world. So, it’s up to you, either you dedicate the time to discipline the mind, to get the life of your dreams or you can remain stuck where you are, in the victim mode.

Remember, the chose is always yours.

Timings why is it taking so long!

Recently during my coaching sessions and answering questions over email and on Reddit. I have noticed a similar pattern in the people who are not getting the results as fast as other people.

Firstly, it’s the people who keep repeating the old story from the 3D world. You are a slave to your circumstances, what went wrong and why you’re so hurt. You tell me, you tell your family, your friends, the neighbour, the postman. You think your circumstances are more impossible, and more difficult to get over than other peoples. Let me tell you, your circumstances are not any more unusual than anybody else’s. Everyone who has lost a loved one, feels heart-broken, everyone who is poor feels frustrated and helpless but the difference between the people who get their manifestations and who don’t, is the ones who do, know how to let go of the past and negativity and work towards a better future. Every time you repeat the old story, you are just affirming that you don’t have something, so that becomes your dwelling state. Be 100% honest with yourself, if you’re repeating the old story more than the new desired story, that means you’re still living in the past and that is where your dominant thoughts are coming from. Majority of your time is spent complaining and moaning about the past and what happened, rather than looking forward towards what you do want and making it happen.

Secondary, it’s the people who keep looking for evidence in the 3D world, they don’t understand the current reality is just an echo of their past thoughts. They don’t fully accept the concept their own imagination and thoughts create the reality. They will affirm or do SAT’s for a few days and then start expecting to see results in the 3D world, and when they don’t see any change, or something opposite happens to their desire in the 3D world. They lose confidence in their ability to manifest and fall back into the old story. They keep focusing on what’s not happening and saying it’s not working. Then it doesn’t work because your attention is on the lack and it not working, and that is what you’re getting more off.

Another thing people tend to do is jump from one technique to another, or look for the latest magic technique that will manifest the desire quickly for them, but what tends to happen is they are not giving a technique enough time to impregnate the subconscious mind before moving onto the next. The subconscious mind learns with repetition, so you have to persist until your manifestation shows up in the 3D world, but because they’re giving up before they’ve given it enough time, they get stuck in the circle of techniques. You have to understand there is no quick fix, the purpose of the technique is to help you feel like the desire is already yours, and dwell in that state. You won’t believe or feel it at first, because it has an uphill battle with the current beliefs but eventually if you persist for long enough, the mind will accept it as true.

This last point I am going to mention, because I’ve been asked about it a few times now, so I think it’s worth addressing. Psychics and tarot readers, I have nothing against them but if you are following the law of assumption, and you believe your thoughts and imagination create your reality than that completely contradicts the purpose of a psychic and tarot readers. Personally, I think they’re just you pushed out, the good ones can pick up on your thoughts, what you’re thinking at that particular time about a situation. Others, plant a seed in your mind, they tell you something, you keep thinking about it, repeating it, then you start to believe it and then it appears in your reality, because you have manifested it, not because a psychic has predicted it. Therefore, in my opinion, save your money and use it to treat yourself to a nice relaxing massage and use that time to repeat your SAT’s or affirmations.

If you read my previous post, you’ll know the subconscious mind is what is creating your reality, but the subconscious mind is habitual, it will give back to you what you keep feeding it, so if you keep telling it, your old story, your current circumstances, or repeating it’s not working, what do you think the subconscious mind is going to give you more off.

Think of it like this, you’re going on a journey in your car, and you’re using a satnav to give you directions, to get to your end location. Imagine on the way you get stuck in traffic, and you start using google maps and change your route, then you get stuck in another jam, instead of staying on the road and persisting through the traffic, you use another app to find a faster route, and you keep changing routes and apps for directions every time you hit a small jam. Of course, this is going to cause delays or even worse you’re going to get so frustrated with the journey, that you’re just going to give up, turn back and go home.

To manifest your desire into the 3D world, your focus must be on the desired end, what you want, be as specific as possible. Use whatever technique you like to help you remain in that place, it doesn’t matter, what end scene you imagine or how you say your affirmations, what words you use, all that matters is when you do your technique you feel good, and confident. Make sure you stick to that one chosen technique. You have to remember your imagination is the only true reality, therefore, to create something into your 3D world you have to control where your mind is going. You don’t have to believe something 100% in order to manifest it. You literally have to get to the 51% mark, where your mind is occupied by your desired thoughts more than the past or current reality. You will know you’re at that point when you have full confidence your desire is yours, nothing can take it away from you, it’s inevitable, even if it’s not happened yet, it will and nothing can stop it from happening. When you get to that point, it’s done.

The reason the time it takes to manifest something into the 3D world, varies from person to person, is because it is dependent on how long it takes you to impress your subconscious mind with the desire. The more disciplined and dedicated you are, the quicker it will happen. Every time you question or doubt it, you’re just delaying the process.  

At the end of the day, thoughts backed with feelings turn into beliefs and it’s the beliefs that manifest. You don’t get what you want, you get what you believe you think you will get and deserve. Keep going, persist and don’t take NO for an answer.

How to rule the mind

If you want to be able to use your mind to create the life of your dreams. You first need to understand how it works. The human mind is the most powerful machine in the world, but we spend more time learning how to use our gadgets, than we invest in understanding our own minds. You must be able to control your mind, instead of letting your mind control you.

In this post, I’m going to keep it simple, how the mind works and how to reprogram it to get a desired result. However, if you do want to learn more about the mind and what it is capable off, I would recommend lectures by; Dr Joe Dispenza and Dr Bruce Lipton.

The mind has two parts, the conscious mind, and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is creative, it consists of everything inside our awareness. This is the aspect of our mental processing that we can think and talk about in a rational way. When you are thinking, that is the conscious mind. The subconscious mind is the original mind, this is where all the data from the past is stored, and it is the fastest and most powerful, out of the two minds but it is an habitual mind, it can only play back what it has learnt.

The conscious generates ideas and impresses these ideas on the subconscious, the subconscious receives ideas and gives form and expression to them. The subconscious does not originate ideas but accepts as true those which the conscious mind feels to be true – Neville Goddard.

For the first 7 years of our lives, we live in a lower vibration than consciousness, this state is hypnosis or imagination. That’s why children can play a game in their imagination, and it feels so real to them. In this state, you have easier access to the subconscious mind. Hence why, prior to this age most of our behaviours and beliefs are learnt and programmed into our subconscious mind. 95% of our lives come from the subconscious mind and these programmes. This is the reason why so many people unconsciously sabotage themselves in later life because they are living by beliefs and assumptions that were programmed into them as a child. Most of the time people think they are thinking, whereas in reality, they’re actually remembering, re-living old memories, replaying familiar patterns and behaviours on a loop, and therefore getting the same results over and over again.

The conscious mind is creative and can learn in a variety of ways and gain a lot of knowledge, you can learn forever but that knowledge won’t necessarily change your life. In order, to change your life, you must impress the subconscious mind, the mind that is responsible for 95% of your life.

Chance or accident is not responsible for the things that happen to you, nor is predestined fate the author of your fortune or misfortune. Your subconscious impressions determine the conditions of the world. The subconscious is not concerned with the truth or falsity of your feeling. It always accepts as true that which you feel to be true. Whatever the mind of a man can conceive and feel as true, the subconscious can and must objectify – Neville Goddard.

The subconscious mind learns in two fundamental ways, hypnosis, or repetition (habit). 

For the first 7 years of your life you learnt by hypnosis, imagining, and observing the adults in your life. Think of everything you’ve learnt after this age, sports, job, driving, you have probably done it by repetition. Repeating the same thing over and over again, practicing it until it has become a habit. Once, something becomes a habit, it means it has impressed into your subconscious mind enough and now it is a part of your program, therefore you can do it automatically without much thought. When you first learn to drive, everything is done consciously, you have to concentrate, remember to brake, switch gears but after you’ve done it enough times, you don’t even have to think about it anymore, most of it is done on autopilot by the subconscious mind. That is why they say to build a new routine or habit you must persist with something for a minimum of 21 days.

Therefore, if you do want to change anything in your life, you can easily do it by impressing the subconscious mind in one of two ways.

Self-hypnosis (SAT’s & Visualisation) the best time to access the subconscious mind is in a state of complete relaxation (meditation) or prior to sleep or when you first wake up. This is the time when the conscious mind disconnects, once this happens whatever is being imagined or being said, is going straight into the subconscious mind and helping to reprogramme and overwrite the old program that was previously there. 

Another way to do it is repetition and habit (affirmations & mental diet) if you keep repeating something even if it is false and you don’t believe it at first. If you repeat it enough times, eventually the mind will start to believe it and accept it as true and through repetition, this new statement will become a habit, feel real and get programmed in the subconscious mind. This new statement will overwrite the old opposing belief. Memory is not set in stone, the more you remember or think about something, the more you start to feel and believe it, the stronger the memory becomes.  

Once you’ve put a programme into the subconscious mind, you have no more work to do. The hard work, dedication and discipline is only required at the beginning, once something is in your subconscious mind it will stay there as your dominant belief forever, unless you overwrite it again with another opposing belief. The dominant idea or belief is always accepted by the subconscious mind.

Hence why I say mental diet should always be a lifestyle change because you don’t ever, want to fall back into the old programme, but it does get easier the more you do it.

Remember a mental picture or statement held in the mind, backed by faith and belief, will always manifest.

Show me the Money

Can you have wealth and success? Of course, you can. You did not come here to live a mediocre life.

The reason you don’t have money in your life at the moment, or not the amount you want, is probably because of the relationship you have with money. You probably think of money as something out of your reach or something that you have to work really hard to obtain. Similar, to an SP, you’ve probably put money on a pedestal.  

Manifesting money is just as easy as manifesting anything else. However, when it comes to money, people have set boundaries in their mind of what they think they’re worth and can get or have. These boundaries have probably been programmed into you as a child, based on your family’s circumstances, and these boundaries have now become your beliefs about money. That’s why everybody’s definition of rich is so different. Wealth is not a privilege, it’s a mindset.

Next time, when you think of money, pay close attention to the thoughts that are going on inside your mind, in relation to money. Your self-talk and behaviour will help you to establish what your current relationship is with money and the set boundaries you may be living with.

  • Do you get nervous about checking your bank account?
  • Do you think you never have enough money no matter what you do?
  • Do you think long and hard about purchases?
  • Do you think you have to work hard and long hours to make money?
  • Do you stress every time you see a bill?
  • Do you get anxious about asking for a promotion or pay rise?
  • Do you look at the finer things in life as luxuries you’ll never be able to afford?

Also, look at how you view people who are rich and have the lifestyles you aspire to have. Are your thoughts and feeling towards them loving, happy, inspirational and motivational or do they make you feel hate, anger, envy and resentment. If it is the latter, you need to change that immediately. Negativity and envy are the biggest cause of lack and misery in one’s life – Dr Joseph Murphy.

If any of these statements are true for you, you’re probably living with a lack money mindset. However, don’t worry with a little work these past habitual thoughts can easily be changed. To manifest an abundance of money into your life, you just have to change your beliefs and boundaries and develop a new money mindset.

Here is what you need to do, use whatever technique you like visualisation and SATs or Affirmations and Mental Diet, or you can use them all, it’s up to you. Personally, I prefer affirmations and mental diet. We need to change our relationship with money, by changing the thoughts we are thinking. So instead of thinking all the thoughts mentioned above, use the following statements, several times a day on repetition:

  • I love money and money loves me
  • I am surrounded by wealth and success
  • I am a money magnet
  • Money flows into my life easily and from everywhere
  • I am so rich, I can afford to buy whatever I like
  • I have so much money, I don’t know what to do with it
  • I love spending money and treating myself because I know it comes back in abundance
  • I’m so grateful for my money and luxury lifestyle
  • I deserve to be happy, successful, and rich

Select affirmations or statements that resonate with you and bring a feeling of confidence and not lack. This is why, so many people fail with statements like “I am a millionaire” because the mind will automatically say “No you’re not, don’t be so ridiculous”. These statements have more of an uphill battle, fighting with your current beliefs and therefore end up building more beliefs of lack and resistance. Instead, if you say “I am surrounded by wealth and success” “money always flows into my life” this is easier for the mind to digest and accept as real.  

If you prefer SATs or visualisation, you can think of a scene where you’re already living the lifestyle you would, if you were rich and successful. Imagine what kind of house would you live in, what car would you drive, where would you shop, and how it would feel if you were there right now.

The reason I prefer to use affirmations and mental diet is because the negative feelings around money, normally come about when you’re about to do something like open a bill or pay for something in a shop. This is the time to catch that thought and quickly flip it. For example, when I pay for something, I have programmed my mind to automatically say, “thank you, I love money, I will get triple the amount back”. Feel happy you have money to spend, enjoy it and it will come back to you in abundance.

Also, change how you see rich and successful people, be happy for them and use them as motivation for your own life. Think if they can do it, so can I, they’re just normal people like me and you. Before, I had the lifestyle I have now, when I use to see successful people. I would always compliment them, “I love your car” “that’s such a beautiful handbag” “what a great watch”. Remember, eventually you will be a part of this circle, and one of them, so what’s there to hate or be jealous off.  Some of the people I complimented in the past, ended up becoming my friends, and have been paramount in my success. Being around them has changed my mindset. Wealthy and successful people don’t think of money as something negative, to them it’s something to be enjoyed. Don’t get me wrong, you’re probably thinking it’s easy to think like that if you always have money, but you have to understand it’s not about the actual money but your relationship and money mindset. Some of my friends, have lost large amounts of money, in business, gambling, making poor decisions, but it’s the way they deal with it, they don’t sit there thinking poor me I have lost all that money now my life is over, I’m poor. No, they think, I need to get my act together and make that money back ASAP and it’s going to be easy. All of them have made it back easily and quickly, and no not all of them were born into money. The point is the money or lack of it, doesn’t define them, their motto is I can easily get it.

The aim here is to build a positive mindset to become rich and successful, and reprogram your mind to accept you as someone who is worthy of this lifestyle, not to become a millionaire by winning the lottery. You can do that if you want, you can manifest anything but that won’t guarantee you will keep that money. How many people have won the lottery and lost it all because they didn’t feel worthy of having it! The truly wealthy people have a healthy relationship with money, where they know they have an abundance of wealth and success and they attract it from all areas of life.

It all comes down to your belief system, and ability to convince yourself. If you believe you can then you can, if you believe you can’t then you can’t. You are always right!

How to recreate people

Can you recreate a person to appear in your life, exactly how you want them to? The answer is always, Yes.

It is completely possible to recreate someone and change their behaviour, this is not a violation of their free will.  The reason you have the power to change and recreate someone is because everyone is you pushed out; they are a manifestation of you. We as humans are used to thinking of ourselves as one thing and then the rest of the world as something separate to us but in reality there is no us and them because the whole vast world is you pushed out.

All the situations you have encountered are projections of your thoughts and imagination, that have manifested into the 3D world. The things you’ve experienced in life and how people treat you, haven’t just happened to you. You have created it yourself through your thoughts, beliefs, fears and assumptions. Since you created these situations in the first place, you also have the power to change it and recreate it, however you want and whenever you want.

If you are sitting there feeling helpless, because you have tried everything to change your specific person. You have argued, begged, cried, in the hope your specific person would listen, understand, and respond more positively. However, everything you have tried has failed. That is because you are trying to change them in the 3D world. Nothing can appear in the 3D world, that wasn’t first imagined in the mind.

You also can’t hold this against your specific person or blame them for the current circumstances. They are just you pushed out, they can only appear in your life; the way you assume and believe they will appear, they reflect your thoughts. You are creating your reality through your thoughts, whether you’re doing it consciously or unconsciously. Therefore, the way they’ve appear in your life now, was created by you but was done using your past autopilot habitual thoughts and assumptions. To change your specific person in the 3D world, you must first change them in your mind.

Now that you understand that you created them like this, you can start to change them and consciously recreate them. When it comes to recreating a specific person, is that violating their free will? The answer to that is always No! The reason, why it’s not a violation of their free will is because you aren’t forcing them to do anything. You are simply changing your perception of them. All you’re now doing is creating a more favourable version of them, by directing your thoughts in a more conscious way.  

So, how do you recreate your specific person. Firstly, what I suggest you do is make a list of all the things that annoy you or you’re unhappy with. Think about it clearly, when you think of the situation and your SP, what comes to mind, the specific things you want to change in your person. Now use the things you have highlighted on your original list, as a guide to create a new list. The new list should consist of all the things you want in an ideal situation. How do you want your person to behave and treat you. This new list will form your affirmations, that you will use to affirm to yourself the new story. Every time your mind tries to revert back to the old thoughts or react to the 3D world. You will use this list of affirmations and a mental diet, as a reminder to see your person in a way you want them to be, instead of how they currently are. You will repeat the new list of affirmations on a regular basis, to overwrite the past habitual thoughts. Now imagine how it would feel, if what you were affirming was already true.

Think of your thoughts as instructions for the other person. Imagine they can overhear everything that is going on inside your mind. Therefore, only entertain thoughts about them, that you’d like them to act upon in the 3D world. Remember that assumptions, although false, will harden into fact. If you assume your specific person acts or is a certain way and you think those thoughts on a regular basis, those will become your dominant thoughts. That means your specific person must conform to that, and appear that way in your life, it’s the law.

So, for example one thing that use to annoy me about my SP was, he would get so distracted by his work and forget to message me back. I could argue with him about it in the 3D world but there is no point, because he will do what is going on inside my mind and thoughts at the time, which was he is so selfish, he doesn’t care about my feelings and that is what would manifest. So instead, I changed it in my mind, to he always messages me, to tell me what is happening. Now he messages me and says, “sorry babe working, call you later”. If I had addressed it in the 3D world, it would have just caused an argument and he would have carried on as normal but because I changed it in my mind to what I wanted, he automatically does that now. He had to conform to my new assumptions of him.

Try it next time, it will work. Imagine you had a mark on your face and you were trying to get rid of it by cleaning the mirror, there is no point cleaning the reflection in the mirror, you have to clean your face for the face to appear clean in the mirror.  

Affirmations and Mental Diet

I wanted to address something, I am getting a lot of questions about, and there may have been some confusion around this, based on my SP success story. Maybe, I wasn’t clear enough because I didn’t want to make that post too long.

When I said I affirmed 24/7 I didn’t mean I randomly just affirmed. I meant, I chose words and affirmations about my SP that resonated with me. The point of the affirmations is to impregnate the subconscious mind. They are statements like instructions to your subconscious mind, of things you want to consciously manifest into your life. Instead of the past and current situation, you may be experiencing based on your autopilot habitual thoughts. When I began affirming, I didn’t believe the statements straight away, but I did get a feeling from them. Like Neville Goddard states, feeling is the secret. That feeling isn’t an emotion (happy or excited), it is more a feeling of confidence and knowing, your desire is yours or coming. Your affirmations should be creating this kind of feeling and/or images in your mind. Then eventually your mind will start to believe it and it is the belief that brings your desire into the 3D world.

This is the reason; I suggest you use affirmations that feel natural and resonate with you. If you are just repeating affirmations that others have used, or you’ve printed off the internet and there is absolutely no feelings or images when you say your affirmations. That means, you’re just doing empty vain repetition; therefore, you should look at the affirmations you are using and change them.

The mind learns by repetition, that’s why I did the mental diet. When you are constantly repeating the affirmations on a regular basis. The repetition helps to overwrite the old thoughts and replace them with the new desired thoughts. To manifest your desire, you must be thinking from the new state more than the old. The new positive thoughts should become your dominant thoughts.

If the mental diet is becoming draining and exhausting, that means you’re probably trying to force the affirmations over negative emotions. If you’re feeling like this, I would suggest first letting the emotions out. Supressing them never works, because they still remain inside you and then keep coming back until you address them. Therefore, you’re better off releasing those emotions, cry if you need too, it won’t impact your manifestation. Let all the emotions out and then return back to your affirmations and mental diet.

Another technique I found useful when I was doing my mental diet was having a mantra. I could repeat on a loop, when I thought of my desire or I was getting negative thoughts. This allowed me to concentrate on the positive statement, until the negative thoughts passed. Then I would schedule a 5-minute session, where I would sit, almost meditate, and repeat my full list of affirmations for my desires. I would do these sessions two to three times a day. This made it easier for me to maintain my mental diet, throughout the day.

That is why, it is so important to control your self-talk. Using affirmations and a strict mental diet, is what works for me.

Creation is finished. It already exists.

What did Neville Goddard mean by “Creation is finished” “I AM the beginning and the end, there is
nothing to come that has not been, and is.” Neville took inspiration from William Blake. Blake saw all possible human situations as “already-made”.  

They both understood that anything that ever will be created or ever has been created, already exist now. You wouldn’t have a desire, if you were not meant to experience it. You really are the God of your reality. If you can think it or imagine it, that means you can have it.

All creation is finished is a really interesting concept. To think that everything you desire already exists. You don’t have to create anything but simply select it and believe that you already are the person who has the desire. The imagination is the only real reality.

This goes hand in hand with parallel realities. In parallel realities there is a reality or a version of you or a version of the thing that you want, that already exists. There are an infinite number of realities simultaneously happening all at once. As humans we’re so use to seeing reality as the past, present and future but reality is really a number of different scenarios all happening right now. Therefore, all creation is finished means it’s all done. You are not creating anything; you’re not waiting for someone to change or waiting for something to happen. What you’re doing is manifesting by simply selecting what you want to experience, selecting the version of a person you want, selecting the version you want to be.

Understanding creation is finished is what helps me to remove all the sense of lack, competition and worry about if I can have something or not because I know out there somewhere, the reality I want to experience already exists, all I have to do is accept it as mine and remain true to it with my thoughts and imagination.

Neville referred these parallel realities as states, to move from one room to another, you simply have to occupy the state of being that person, who already has what they desire and live from the end in your mind.

So here, what are these “mansions” spoken of? They are states. All states are eternal, and they exist now. All states exist in the human Imagination, and the human Imagination is the Lord Jesus Christ. That’s God. There is no other God. And all things exist in him now!

We have to make the adjustment: think of an infinite number of states − anything you can think of – it exists now. Man passes through states, like a traveller who passes through places, through cities.

The way I like to look at it is like a menu at a restaurant. This makes it easier for me to get my head around it. So, imagine you go to a restaurant, they give you a menu with a number of options to select from. Let’s take the SP as an example, as most people ask me about SP.

Option 1 – your SP is now your husband you’re in a loving committed relationship

Option 2 – your SP has blocked you and you’re no longer speaking to them

Option 3 – your friends with your SP but they are in a relationship with a third party.

So, all these options on the menu, already exist and are available to you. Anything you can imagine in your mind; you can have as an option. You must select the one you want, once you declare it as yours, it is done, it is already yours. You have to stay faithful to this option by ensuring all your thoughts and self-talk is centred around what you want, and you do not entertain any opposing thoughts. You believe this option is now your new reality, and you live there in your mind and only see the 3D world as an illusion based on your past thoughts.  

Like in a restaurant once you place your order with the waiter, you know that is the dish you will be served. You don’t question it or double guess it, you have full faith you will be served what you have ordered. You don’t sit there worrying if it will come or not. Even if it is taking longer than expected, you still know, you will get exactly what you have ordered, therefore you patiently wait for it to arrive, right?

It is the same with manifesting. Once you have selected your desire, and declared it as yours, you have to persist in the assumption that you believe it’s done, it already exists, and will appear in your 3D world soon. Therefore, you live from that reality without a single doubt.  

The only thing that will delay your manifestation is constantly looking for reassurance in the 3D world, changing techniques or constantly going back to the old story and not persisting in the new story for long enough. If you were in a restaurant, and started chasing the waiter after 5 mins, saying my dish hasn’t arrived or kept changing your mind between options. No doubt this will cause delays because the waiter will say, you’ve not given them enough time or confused them with constantly changing your mind.

If you want your manifestation to appear quickly, you need to select your desire, select a technique that helps you believe your desire as already yours, stick to that one technique, and persist with patience and full faith until it appears in the 3D world.

Remember all creation is complete, it already exists. You don’t have to worry about creating anything, you simply just select it and believe it’s already yours. All you must do is ensure your faith in your desire is stronger than the fear.

Self-Love

Self-love relates to self-concept and self confidence. How you see yourself, what your inner self talk is about yourself and to yourself! Self-love is not necessary to be able to obtain your desires. You have been manifesting your whole life, whether you have self-love or not, but it is a good place to start.

Once you come from a place of confidence, knowing that you can create anything. That you are the God of your reality. God is your own human imagination – Neville Goddard, that you can have, be or do anything you desire, the possibilities are endless.

I personally don’t believe self-love is about sitting there telling yourself you love yourself 24/7, but more about understanding who you truly are, is the God of your reality.  Listen to your inner self talk and understand how you treat and speak to yourself. Do you see yourself as someone who is beautiful, loved, worthy and deserves everything. Or do you see yourself as someone, who isn’t good enough and never gets what they want. Listen to your inner self talk and try to understand the relationship you have with yourself, because this is the most important relationship you will ever have with anyone.

It is sad to see how so many people speak to themselves.  Always putting themselves down with their own self talk. Speaking to themselves in a way they’d never dream of treating someone else. Once you understand the power your inner self talk and thoughts have on your life. You will easily be able to create the life of your dreams. Remember that assumptions, although false, will harden into fact, it’s the law. If you assume you can, then you can. If you assume you can’t, then you can’t.

However, don’t fall into the rabbit hole of thinking you need to go on some spiritual self-love journey, to be able to manifest your desires. That’s not entirely necessary, so avoid developing those limiting beliefs.

You can have low self-love or confidence but still attract your SP because you might believe you have good relationships and people love you, even though you may not completely love yourself. It can be the same with money. You could have low self-love, but think you are a money magnet, and money flows into your life easily and effortlessly. If you entertain these dominant thoughts about relationships and money. This means, you will attract good relationships and an abundance of money into your life regardless of your low self-love.

The most important thing to understand is, who you truly are. The god of your reality and you have the power to change everything in your life. Once you grasp the concept, your thoughts and imagination create your reality, and start to test the law. This will naturally help you develop your self-confidence.

Therefore, to create the life that you want, some simple self-love techniques can be useful. I find the best way to do this is to work on some general and specific beliefs.

The general beliefs would be, you deserve nothing but the best, you know your thoughts create and you are the god of your reality and therefore you can have anything you desire. These will help you build the fundamental beliefs in your own power. Then follow these with some specific beliefs related to your actual desire, such as SP, money, job, lifestyle.

There is a range of techniques (affirmations, meditations, scripting, and visualisation) you can use to boost your self-confidence and embody being the god of your reality. The mirror technique always works well for me, where you stand or sit in front of a mirror and give yourself a prep talk using your affirmations. The techniques you use do not matter. Use what works for you and helps you feel like the person who already has all the things you ever wanted. How confidence would you feel, how would you walk, how would you talk and how would you behave.  Embody that person right now, do not wait for your desire to show up in the 3D world, feel the confidence of knowing it is done.  

Remember, you are the god of your reality. You can have, be or do anything you desire, so do not settle for anything less.

To Let Go or Persist

After I shared my SP success story, the question most people have asked me is, did I let go and detach from my desire before it appeared in my 3D world.

I think there is so much misinterpretation of the phrase let it go in the world of manifesting and LOA. To specify Let Go does not mean you let go for your desire and dreams. It means you must let go of the negative thoughts, pain, desperation, and old story of the past. Which, of course I did.

However, you must persist in your desire and dreams, never let go or give up on those. Repetition and persistence are the key to achieving what you want, in your reality. Therefore, the more you practice your chosen technique, the quicker your subconscious mind will be impressed by your desire and the quicker your new story will appear in your reality.

If you believe your thoughts create your life, but you think the same thoughts every day and repeat the same old story on a loop, do you think the outcome will be any different? When this happens, what people tend to do is live in the memories and pain of the past and therefore attract more of the same into their lives, and then wonder why nothing is changing. This old story is what is holding you back. It is making you perceive the situation in a certain way, based on your past experiences. This is why it is so important to let go of the past to create a new future.

If you want to create a new future, you must change the way you are thinking and what you are thinking. To create a new life, you must rewrite the old story of the past and replace it with a new story, of what you desire your future life to look like. What is it that you would truly want, if you knew anything was possible? Once you have your new desired story, you can adopt any technique that works for you (affirmations, mental diet, visualisation, or meditation) to live in the end of already having your desire. Remember, creation is already complete, you are not creating anything but just selecting it. Anything you desire, desires you. You would not desire something, if you were not meant to have it.

The reason I say persist in the desire and never give up is because the 3D world needs time to catch up with your thoughts. The brain and subconscious mind learn by repetition, therefore, to overwrite the old habitual thoughts, you must persist with the new thoughts. Until the new thoughts are impressed on the subconscious mind enough, that they become your dominant thoughts. Remember, it takes the mind around 21 days to form a new habit, therefore you should persist in the new story for a minimum of 21 days.

The only way your desire will not appear in your reality is, if you give up and go back to thinking from the old story or you do not persist in the wish fulfilled of the new story for long enough. Most people fail to manifest because they will adopt a new story, feel positive for a few days but then get impatient, and starting looking for signs in the 3D or something will happen in the 3D world, that will throw them back to the old habitual negative thoughts. The people who attain the manifestations, tend to live in their mind from already having the desire. They believe they will get what they want and no matter what happens in the 3D world to oppose or contradict the desire, it will not shift their faith. They understand the 3D world is just an illusion based on the past thoughts and if they can control and discipline the mind, the world will eventually conform.

But if every little rumour, doubt, or fear can move you around like a pawn on a chessboard, then you are not keeping the faith!”  – Neville Goddard 

This is why you must let go of the past, ignore the 3D world, and persist, persist, persist in the desire.

Everybody Is You Pushed Out (EIYPO) explained

The concept of Everybody Is You Pushed Out (EIYPO) can be intimidating at first. However, once you grasp the basic principles of it, you will realise the power you hold to change everything in your world.

Everybody Is You Pushed Out implies that you’re the only one in your reality. Every person, situation, and circumstance you experienced in your life, is based on your thoughts and assumptions of it. What you believe, assume, or chose to deem as real will eventually harden into fact and manifest into your 3D world. 

What the world reflects back to you, can either be based on your specific assumptions or general assumptions. General assumptions can be beliefs you assume to be true such as “the world is not a safe place”, “all men/women are cheaters”, “money doesn’t grow on trees” “Everyone can make money and make it big” “the world is full of so many opportunities” or “the world is full loving people”. People can show up and act a certain way in your life, based on deep routed general assumptions. It does not necessarily mean you thought that particular person was a certain way.

Whereas specific assumptions can be beliefs you hold about yourself or another person “I am too fat for someone to love me”, “I can have any person I want” “My SP is disloyal”, “My SP loves me” or “I always get what I want”. Do you see these statements aren’t facts, they are just assumptions you hold  but because you have built them up to be true in your mind over time, that is what is reflected back to you. The more you assume something to be true, the more likely you are to experience it in your life.

Let’s take the example Neville Goddard used about a woman who had difficulties in working with her employer. She was convinced he criticised and rejected her best efforts. Neville observed if she thought him as unfair, she herself was in need of a new conversation piece. No doubt she was mentally arguing with her employer. Others only echo what we whisper to them in secret. She confessed she argued with him mentally all day long. She agreed to change her inner conversations with her employer. She imagined he had congratulated her on her fine work and she thanked him for his praise and kindness. She soon discovered it was her own attitude that was the cause of all her problems. The behaviour of her employer reversed itself. Our inner conversations and assumptions are the cause of the circumstances in our lives. We must take life consciously, solutions to all our problems lie within us.

Did you see, how the woman assumed her boss was unfair and unappreciative, therefore that is how he appeared in her reality. As soon as she changed her assumptions and inner talk about him, he conformed to the new role she had assigned him. You can’t change people in the 3D world without changing them in your imagination first.

Let’s look at it from a SP perspective. If you view your SP as someone who hurt you, they don’t love you and will never commit to you. That is how they have to appear in your life. No amount of arguing, fighting, forcing them to change in the 3D world, will ever work because they have to play the role you have assigned them. If you want them to apologise, love you and commit to you. You have to change the story you are repeating about them in your mind. Once you change the assumptions and thoughts you hold of them, they will eventually conform to the new role.

If you believe in the principle your thoughts & imagination create your reality and everyone is you pushed out. You can’t be angry or resentful against people because you have to take responsibility for the fact, that your thoughts have created them to appear this way. People aren’t doing anything to you, it’s your thoughts and assumptions that are causing the undesired situations. Therefore, the only person you have to really forgive for creating this situation is yourself and only you can change it.

Some people ask, if someone is treating me bad, have I created them to behave that way towards me. Maybe you haven’t created that specific person that way based on your assumptions of them, but maybe they’ve appeared in your life because of your assumptions about yourself. “I am not worthy of a good person”, “I don’t deserve to be happy”, “no one loves me”, “everyone treats me bad”. Once again, that person will conform to a new version, once you change the story about yourself.

However, that doesn’t mean you have to ignore or put up with their bad behaviour towards you in the 3D world. If someone isn’t treating you how you want them to treat you, remove yourself from that situation. Don’t react or argue, just remove yourself and work on improving the concept of yourself and them in your mind. You can’t change them in the 3D world anyway. So many people fear, if they don’t keep in touch with their SP, or pander to their every request. They will end up losing them and therefore, are willing to put up with disrespectful behaviour. No amount of begging, chasing or desperation will ever attract someone back to you, because it is not an attractive trait. If you don’t value yourself, how can you expect someone else to value you, because everyone is you pushed out. In this case, I would recommend working on your self-love and confidence and taking time for yourself. Once you change your assumptions of yourself, the SP will automatically come back, they always do. You need to be the most important person in your life, then others will follow.

Always listen to your inner self talk, about yourself, others, and the world. This will give you all the answers you need. The law of assumption is always working. Look back at your own life and inner self talk and relate those conversations to the people or situations you have attracted in your life. You will start to see the correlation.

If you master your self-talk and thoughts, you can master your world because everybody or everything is just you pushed out.
