How I quickly manifested my SP back. You too can do it just as fast.

So, my SP story started when I met a guy who ticked all the boxes on my list of a dream partner. When we first met the relationship was so easy, everything flowed naturally and easily fell into place. He was everything I had always wanted, and he really liked me. I had always been a very confident person when it came to relationships and had this belief, I can have any guy I want. However, because I felt this particular guy was so perfect, I literally put him on a pedestal, seeing him as some sort of god. For the first time in my life, I started to feel anxiety like no other, my mind was running wild. If he wouldn’t reply to my messages instantly or call me back or would cancel dates. I would automatically think the worse. He’s not interested, is there someone else. I kept repeating this story for months and then eventually that is what happened. We had a massive fight and stop speaking. I was devastated and desperate to get him back, but everything I did just pushed him further away. That was when I decided I need to take control and enough was enough. I had created this situation with my continuous negative thoughts and only I could fix it.

For reference by this point, we had not spoken or been in contact for 6 months and he had literally told me to never contact him again. So, this is what I did:

I decided to take every negative thought about him, our relationship, and the argument we had, and bin it. From this point onwards I would never repeat the old story again, like it had never happened. Revise it if you have too. That’s what I did, I revised the evening we had the argument, into a lovely romantic date and things were left in a good way, with my SP telling me he loved me and will see me soon.

I also took my SP off the pedestal, he’s just a normal person, this is my life, I am the GOD of my reality. So, in my head I decided on a new story in which I was the most important person, and my SP was head over heels in love with me.

I wrote down a list of affirmations about me, how I was confident, attractive, I can get any man I want, and I deserve this amazing relationship. About him, how I wanted to recreate him in my reality, loving, caring, attentive and only attracted to me. Then about the relationship, we are so in love and in a happy committed relationship. I kept the affirmations short and easy to remember, so I could repeat them whenever I needed too.

A strict mental diet is what worked for me, I hardly ever visualised, but when I repeated my affirmations, images of us walking down the street hand in hand would pop into my mind naturally, but if they didn’t that was ok, I didn’t force anything. Every time a negative thought came to my mind, I said NO and repeated my affirmations, until I felt a swift into a positive place. I did this continuously until the negative thoughts were completely gone. It didn’t take long. Another thing, I added to my routine was, I would repeat my affirmations to myself every night until I fell asleep.

During this time, I must stress you have to ignore your current reality and what’s happening in the 3D world. Completely live like you’re in this amazing relationship with your SP. The affirmations will make it easier to stay in that place. Don’t react to anything that is opposing your desire, and don’t wait around for calls or messages. I would just look at my phone and say why is he always calling and messaging me. Enjoy life and do things that you’d do if you already had this person in your life. Would you be googling how to get my ex back etc if you had them NO, so stop doing that. You know how to manifest, so go ahead and practice it. You can’t learn forever and there are no short cuts to this, you have to put in the work and test the law for yourself. Even Neville Goddard stressed the importance of testing the law and see it work for yourself.

The final and most important thing is PERSIST in the new story, do not give up. Don’t look for signs or feel like you have to contact them. Keep affirming until this new story feels more real than the old. Before you know it, the 3D world will catch up with your imagination. When you least expect it, your SP will be back with you. They have no choice but to conform to your assumptions of them, because everyone is you pushed out. If you believe they love you, miss you and only want you, they have to appear that way in your reality. Remember there is no one to change but self – Neville Goddard. You can’t change your SP in the 3D world without changing them in your thoughts and imagination first, change the old story you’re telling yourself about them. All you must do is dedicate the time and effort to control your mind.

This may sound harsh, but you have to be brutally honest with yourself. Some people say they are on a strict mental diet but are only positive when they’re affirming and then allow their mind to run wild rest of the time. When you’re on a strict mental diet, you should take control of every thought 24/7. It will get easier the more you do it.

As for my SP he contacted me 3 weeks into my mental diet, apologising and telling me how he’d missed me and wanted to see me. We’re now in a loving committed relationship, he is the best partner ever because I have created him that way. Everything I had been affirming to myself came true. Even now when he does things that annoy me, I don’t argue with him, I just change it in my mind. Once you adjust your mindset, your whole world will change.

The way I look at it is, it’s your life you write the script. Your SP is only an extra in your film, you’re the lead, so you call the shots. You can have this too, just believe in yourself and your relationship and take control of your mind. Best of luck everyone.

  1. I must preface by saying I’m only a beginner in this but its interesting because most of the stories and guides i read and watch emphasise letting go of them. But in your story you say to keep up this created reality/mental diet 24/7. Should we be constantly imagining they are ours, or should we only dedicate a little period of time throughout the day to it and forget about them for the rest? I’m just a bit confused, am i right in saying theres no one way in doing it?

    1. I kept repeating the old story and focusing on the past, getting more depressed, angry, bitter and resentful. Until one day I decided, that was getting me nowhere and decided to take control of my mind and life.

  3. I have a question, me and my sp were in no contact for almost 8 months and there were a 3rd party involved.
    i menifest him back into my life and it worked! 2 weeks ago he contacted me and we said we gonna give it another try but 5 days ago he flipped out on me and 4 days ago we had a really nasty and mean fight i know i said a lot of things im sorry i did.
    what can i do to make it right? hes the love of my life i cant see myself with no one else other then him i love him and i feel he really hate me and dosent want to speak with me EVER AGAIN… plz help me 😦

Firstly, you need to stop panicking and stop going over the fight, it is now done there is nothing you can do about it, thinking about it and repeating the old story will just create more of it. This is a common issue with people who get their SP back they do the techniques, control their thoughts and have a strict mental diet but as soon as the SP comes back they revert back to the old way of thinking and then you’re back at square one. You have to go back inside your mind, forget about what has happened in the 3D, in your mind focus your thoughts on what you now want. Him to come back and apologise, only entertain thoughts that aligns with that and do not entertain any other outcome for this situation.

    1. Throughout the day no, I would just repeat my affirmations and redirect my thoughts. I would have inner conversations with my SP like we were in a loving relationship. Before going to bed yes, I would repeat my affirmations until I fell asleep, I wouldn’t force an image but images would naturally come to me.

  4. Hi – Your story is great and very well told. Thank you for sharing here and on Redditt where I found you. Were all your affirmations from the end? My main affirmation that I loop is that I am married to him aside from self-concept & self-love affirmations but don’t loop those all that much anymore as I’ve been saying them for a year. But I also have affirmations of him pursuing me, him always asking me out on dates, texting and calling, etc. Did you use any of these types of affirmations or mainly about how you see yourself, how you see him/recreated, and your relationship. I use the individual affirmations for inner conversations along with feeling statements but it seems like a lot. Love to hear your thoughts. Thanks so much

    1. Thank you, my main affirmation was about being married to my SP as that was my desired goal and then a few more about our relationship. I had a maximum of three, because the mind learns by repetition so you don’t want to keep changing them all the time.

    I am in this process and I’m doing well with having the inner conversations all day. But I don’t feel super great. It’s okay to not feel super excited all day as long as I’m staying with the new story and positive thoughts ?

    1. The feeling Neville Goddard speaks about is a feeling of confidence, knowing your desire is yours, it’s a done deal. Other feelings like happy, sad, excited are emotions and personally I don’t think they impact your manifestations. Your thoughts create your reality, as long as your thoughts are aligned with your desire and you can convince yourself you will have it, that’s all that matters.

    1. Hi, yes I did spiral on my mental diet and still do now because I am human but that is the time I persist by reminding myself, I am the creator of my reality, I do not have to worry about anything, all I have to do is control my thoughts and everything else will fall into place 🙂

  8. Hi girly! I wanted a relationship with my sp in january, but i thought i wasn’t pretty enough for him, had him on the pedestal, and thought he was too good for me. I said out loud to myself “he doesn’t like me anymore” and he “doesnt think im attractive” then that became my reality. Since then, i’ve been trying to get him back. Ive worked on self concept, let go of the old story and loved him the new one, reprogrammed my subconscious mind, affirmative he loves me and i’m so attractive etc…. Now, I noticed there’s no movement in the 3d, I have class with them and they would barely look at me, recently he has been booking at e and stuff. But it’s not here yet.. I’ve gotten SO many signs, obsessed and got excited over them, so I think I manifested more..But i don’t know, where is it in my 3d. I feel like he’s in love with me and we are in a happy, healthy relationship.. Anything I’m missing? I don’t have any negative thoughts. Ive been on a mental diet and affirming for like a month or so now.

    1. The focus should be more on you than him, like you deserve this relationship, you can have anything you desire, he is going nowhere, he is yours and only yours. Once you get into that state of mind you will see the 3D will no longer trigger you and you won’t be looking at it for reassurance. You will know it’s done and on it’s way.

  9. I tried to do SATs but I think I was sadder than before. Sometimes I really believe but more often not. I have been alone for many years, I was with my SP only a week two and a half years ago, so it is very difficult for me to believe that I will be with someone again. I live alone, I’m over 30 years old and I’m often sad about life. I don’t know how to tune in positively, when my 3D is not at all as I once imagined it (even though I have to admit I have a great job and friends, but they also have their families and not so much time). I am not able to believe it’s going to change, that I can have what I really want. I have read all your articles, I did mental diet and affirmations, but I always fall into that state without faith again. could you advise me what to do differently? I don’t want to live a life in which I am creating replacement program (meeting people, exercicing,..) so that I don’t have to think that I don’t have what I really want. I don’t want to settle for less than what I want, even though it’s basically advice from a lot of people but I am desperate. And also I am interesting about testing the law which you mention ofter. What does it precisely means? I tried small things to manifest as it was advised on reddit forum but without much succes. Thanks a lot.

    1. In your situation I would work on my self concept and changing my core beliefs, in order to believe that you are worthy and deserve to have what you want. In my experience it is never about the SP, but always more about how we feel about yourself and working on your own insecurities. The best way to do this is SAT’s or listening to affirmations whilst you sleep, because at that time you have better access to your subconscious mind. I hope that helps 🙂

      2. The SAT’s should be of your desired end – at the beginning it may make you sad or uncomfortable but that’s your subconscious mind adjusting.

  10. and may you advice some baby steps or something when a person has feeling that he/she is totally drained of energy? that tried so many things but nothing really helped? I want to believe but really dont know how anymore 😦 not only about SP but about life. on reddit advised small manifestations. I do not have any resistance towards them as they are not something I really want but they did not manifest anyway.

If I was you I’d work on your self concept, believing manifesting is possible for you and you can make it happen, believing it is possible is enough to manifest something, but it sounds like you are trying because you don’t deep down believe it is possible. Even when you manifest “small” things have confidence it will happen, if you then say nothing manifested that is showing your underlying disbelief.

    1. I was busy living my life, enjoying myself with my friends and family. When I thought about my SP, I was convinced he will be back no matter what, so I didn’t worry about him. My life no longer revolved around him but me. I did what I wanted and what made me happy.

    1. Hi, the purge in my experience usually occurs at the beginning of the brain training / new thought process. Within the first few weeks you may experience nightmares, dreams, conflicting thoughts etc… this is your brains way of getting rid of the old habitual thoughts and adjusting to the new thoughts. Eventually if you persist, the brain will adjust to the new way of thinking and you’ll notice when this has happened because you’ll feel more calm and in control of your emotions.

I wonder if watching tarot reader/astrology videos is working against this mental diet process. I have this habit of watching them online, and i feel curious if that’s ok or not.     1. Yes, everything you believe is possible is possible. You have to believe that you can have anything you want and you will 🙂 You give everything a meaning, so saying he only wanted a booty call and start thinking he wants you and only you and he will.

      3. I didn’t check his social media etc… it’s all circumstances and they don’t matter. If you assume he is out with another girl that is where your focus is and that is what you’ll end up creating.

  15. So I’ve been using Law of Assumption since my boyfriend broke up with me (he told me that he lost feelings for me during the relationship) and i’ve realised that story just doesn’t feel right at all, especially with how healthy and amazing our relationship is.
    I’m taking my affirmations one step at a time, my current manifestation is ‘__ always wants to contact you, you’re all he thinks about. Isn’t it wonderful?’ and i’ll repeat that in my head as if one of my friends are saying it to me over and over again.
    I don’t know if im overthinking it or not, but recently i’ve noticed that he will stay up till early hours of the morning (4-5) looking at memes and stuff (i know i need to stop looking at his activity status and i know i will with time) which isn’t like him as he usually has a good sleep cycle.
    I was just wondering if this could be a sign that my affirmation is working?

    1. If you believe it’s a sign then it is. You have to stop looking at the 3D and what he is doing and instead focus internally on yourself and your belief system, that is what will get you your manifestation.

  16. My SP and I were together for three years but we broke up about a year ago. We are now bestfriends with benefits and he says although the feelings are still there for me and that ive grown to be everything hes ever wanted, he doesn’t trust me (I was unfaithful) and continuously says that he doesn’t want that commitment with me and can never be with me again. However he calls me nicknames like cutie, mama, baby, etc and we kiss and go out on dates like a relationship just without the title. There was a 3P which I was able to get rid of just two weeks ago and now hes already talking to someone else.. We got into a huge argument yesterday because he lied to me and now we’re in no contact. I just dont know what to do because I’m so hurt. Because he lied to me, I just feel like theres no coming back from that but I love him so much. It feels like he just cant be single… Ive started losing hope in manifesting. I just dont know what to do

    1. Circumstances don’t matter, what you’re explaining above are all circumstances, the past has gone if you keep repeating the same story you will attract more of that in your reality. You’re allowing your fears to manifesting instead of your desires. Forget the past and concentrate on the future and what you want, and that is where your focus and thoughts should go. Think of a desire and commit to it, and know your own worth and what you deserve.

  17. You said you affirmed 24/7. Does that literally mean 24/7? E.g from the moment you woke up until bed, whilst you’re say brushing, cooking, cleaning, walking, driving, watching something, eating etc?

    Wasn’t there times when you weren’t affirming e.g if you’re speaking to someone or reading something or if you were typing important messages to someone or even during work where your focus was needed?

    1. By repeating my affirmations 24/7 I mean whenever my SP came to my mind, I would affirm to redirect my thoughts. At the beginning this was all the time, I would think of him but after I worked on my self concept, it became less.

I mean if I love someone and he loves me and just me I don’t have to manifest him always back. He will stay with me.

    1. You’re more than entitled to your opinion, manifesting isn’t for everyone. Just like religion isn’t for everyone, it all comes down to an individuals belief system and what works for them 🙂

    1. It is always possible if you think it is possible and you are worthy of it. Instead of focusing on the SP, focus on becoming a better version of yourself. That is what will attract the SP back to you.

Hi, I went on a few dates with my SP, it was great at first but i put him on a pedestal. trying manifesting him back for 6 months. thought i did everything but it didnt work. then there comes 3P.     1. It is because you are too focused on the SP and this is leading to more insecurities and becoming 2nd best, work on putting yourself on the pedestal instead of him. Its always about you and not the SP or 3P.

  21. My situation. Fwb. I fell in love even though he always told me not to. He has a baby with 3p. I had the biggest mountain thrown .my way when I found out he recently married the 3p. I was affirming for this for him and I and manifested the exact opposite. I had my human moment but then for some reason, I said this may be the very thing that leads him back and I have accepted it as part of my process and a very strong message from the situation that I literally need to change me. I’m not giving up! I was manifesting from desperation and lack and so many limiting beliefs! I started working on me now and have persisted and will continue to persist! Any other advice?

    We have to change all negative thoughts about everything (at work, at business meetings, at home, with friends about everything we talk about for example things at work, politics, friends issues) or to change negative thoughts only about SP with positive thoughts?

    1. If you have situations in your life you want to change, then look at the thoughts you entertain about that area and if you want it to change in the 3D you need to first change your thoughts. You don’t have to think positive about everything, nor can you never have a negative thought. It’s about entertaining the thoughts and assumptions you want to manifest
